About Wally Boys RV Complete LLC.
Wally Boys RV Complete sits in Phoenix and handles both sales and repair, including collision work and roof and AC service. They have been around since 2014 and are certified, with weekend hours and insurance help. Google gives them 3.7 stars from 50 reviews. Reviews split down the middle. Some buyers call the staff charming and honest, with one praising a salesperson who answered calls on nights and weekends. Others say the opposite. One reviewer says they were told a travel trailer was checked thoroughly but it arrived without keys, leading to a lock replacement. Another says they canceled an insurance policy and the shop kept the money, and they haven't been able to get a call back. The shop also buys used RVs. One seller says the team came to their house for the inspection, made a fair offer, and cut a check on the spot. That kind of straight-to-the-point dealing shows up in a few reviews, but so do complaints about honesty and follow-through. It's worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
