About Wandervans
Wandervans rents campervans out of Boise and handles van conversions on the side. They've been at it since 2016 and now have locations in Salt Lake City, Coeur d'Alene, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. If you're broken down mid-trip, their shop also does AC service, battery and electrical work, and heater installs for Webasto and Espar units. Reviewers keep mentioning the comfortable beds and clean vans. Several say pickup and drop off were simple, and the staff were responsive when plans changed. Families note the vans work well for kids, and solo travelers like the built-in heat for cold nights. One person called it a great way to test van life before buying. The vans are described as simple but reliable, with camp stoves and easy campsite setup. If you need a heater fixed or a conversion started, the same crew that rents the vans does the installs. Hours are posted, and they're not open around the clock.
