About Washburn Engineering
Washburn Engineering is an RV repair shop in Shelby, North Carolina, and the reviews are as steady as they come: 14 of them, all five stars. The crew handles roof, AC and awning work, plus electrical, body repair and painting, and they work on fifth wheels and motorhomes alike. One reviewer said he towed his fifth wheel an hour and a half just to have Mark service it, and called him the only person he trusts. People write about honesty and communication more than anything else. One owner said Mark kept them informed through the whole repair. Another mentioned he worked with the insurance company on their motorhome, and a third said he saved them a lot of money. Someone else had a hard-to-find air conditioner replaced and was pleased with the result. The shop comes recommended by a local auto mechanic, and at least one customer keeps coming back for routine maintenance, calling the work thorough. The facility is set up for campers of all kinds. If your rig is broken and you are anywhere near Shelby, this is a name worth calling.
