About Western States Cat
Western States Cat is a Cat dealer in Pasco, and RV repair is one of the things it does alongside construction and ag equipment. That matters if you need chassis work or parts, since the shop sits in the same building as the heavy equipment side. Mobile service is mentioned, so a technician may be able to come to you. Reviews land on both sides. The rental crew gets named in a good number of them, with customers calling out Erick, Israel, and Tony by name for quick quotes and accommodating service. One reviewer said they were treated like family. Others had the opposite experience: a driver waited hours past a promised unload time, and someone trying to reach a mobile mechanic left messages for days with no callback. It is not an RV-only shop, so set expectations accordingly. Ask who handles RV work and confirm the timeline before you commit.
