About Williams RV Service
Williams RV Service is a mobile repair outfit based in Chesapeake, Virginia. They come to your campsite or driveway, which matters when your rig won't move or you're stuck mid-trip. The shop lists roof, AC, and awning work among its services, plus chassis items like brakes, tires, steering and suspension, and transmission. Oil changes, batteries, and electrical rounds out the list. Reviewers keep coming back to the same two things: honest staff and a family business feel. Several mention punctuality, saying techs showed up when promised and worked without rushing. One customer had a slide fixed the day after calling so they could hit the road, and another had a water tank drain replaced that finally drains right. Tires and wheel bearing repacks show up in the reviews too. Not every story ends well. One reviewer says an appointment was canceled for a family emergency and follow-up calls went unanswered for weeks. The shop's own line advertises mobile service and repairs. Weekends and emergency calls come up in what's listed.
