About Augusta RV
Augusta RV sits on 8-1/2 acres on the west side of the Augusta area in Evans, with a 12,000 square foot service and parts building and storage for 100 campers, 14 of them covered premium spots. It opened in August 2002 and handles most anything that breaks: water leaks, roof replacements, awnings, air conditioners, refrigerators, furnaces, slides, rotten wood, body repair, plus oil changes, tires, batteries, electrical and generator work. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. "Knowledgeable" shows up again and again, and people mention polite, experienced help and quick diagnostics. One owner thanked the service manager, Clint, for talking him through a fridge problem over the phone on short notice. Another had warranty work done twice and called both experiences great, crediting Will for handling the back-and-forth with the manufacturer. It isn't all praise. Some reviews describe repairs that didn't hold and frustration with warranty claims, so it's worth being clear up front about what you expect fixed. If you need parts or a spot to park the rig while your property gets sorted, both are here too.
