About Camping World - Augusta
Camping World in Augusta is a big store for RVs, camping gear and parts, and it also runs a repair shop. Roof and awning work come up, along with warranty repairs and generator service. If you are mid-trip with something broken, it is one of the larger options around town. Reviewers split. A lot of people praise the sales side, saying they felt no pressure and got help finding the right camper, and one employee in particular gets named again and again for following through. Others describe slow warranty work and trouble getting calls back about parts. A customer with a leaking window said the shop declined to replace it after a temporary seal. With 1,645 reviews at 4.4 stars, the sales floor reads better than the service bay. If your job is covered by warranty, get the timeline in writing before you drop the rig off.
