About Harlan Automotive
Harlan Automotive is a family-owned shop that has served Murray since 1991, and Paducah since 2021. The team includes ASE certified and Master Tech certified technicians who handle brake repairs, RV services, tire sales and balancing, alignments, and general auto repair. They work on chassis and parts, and offer appointments. Reviewers often mention thoroughness and diagnosis. One customer said they were treated with honesty and respect when a misfire turned out to be grime and debris, and the shop could have charged for more but didn't. Others highlight courteous staff and text updates that include photos and videos of issues, along with the ability to approve or deny services and pay invoices by phone. Quick appointments and fast repairs come up regularly, especially for check engine lights before road trips. Some praise the handling of warranty companies. With a 4.7-star rating across 745 reviews, the shop has a strong local following. One reviewer noted scratched wheels and a dirty interior after tire service, hoping for more care with cleanliness. Overall, people describe straight forward service and fair pricing.
