About Kamper Vans
Kamper Vans builds out Sprinter and Transit vans in Reno, and the shop also takes on repair jobs like roof and AC work, batteries, and electrical systems. They install Battle Born lithium batteries and diagnose and fix electrical problems. Weekends are mentioned for scheduling, and they serve the San Francisco Bay Area as well as locally. Reviewers keep bringing up the team's helpfulness and the quality of the custom builds. One owner praised the thoughtful consultation and clear pricing on a first Sprinter build. Others describe precise work on electrical and plumbing, with a build finished ahead of the three-month target. A Ford Transit owner had a seatbed fitted on short notice over a weekend, and another had a diesel heater installed clean and fast. Camper van conversions are the core of the business, from simple camping setups to full luxury vans. The 62 Google reviews average 5.0, and people mention the team staying reachable with questions after the build wraps.
