About Moix RV - Hot Springs Landing
Moix RV Hot Springs Landing is an RV dealership and service shop on the Hot Springs side of town. They sell Grand Design and pre-owned RVs, and the same building handles parts, service, and a camping store. Sales, financing, service, and parts all sit under one roof. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the staff and the service bay. People describe being welcomed right away, including out-of-town folks who rolled in with a torn underbelly cover or a wheel bearing problem and got pulled into the shop to sort out what was needed. Several mention a specific technician doing careful bearing repacking. Others write about buying campers here with no pressure and feeling like they got a fair deal, some after driving hours to do it. The parts department gets mentioned too, and the roof and AC work comes up in what people had done. It is a dealership, so expect a full lot, but the reviews suggest smaller rigs get treated the same as the big ones.
