About Quality Wheelz

Quality Wheelz is an RV dealer in Hot Springs that also runs a repair shop, with mobile techs who come to your campsite. Reviewers mention brake jobs, oil changes, water heater and refrigerator repairs, and slide work. One traveler camped at Lake DeGray called after hours and two techs still came out, found the 12 volt problem and walked them through the fix. People tend to bring up the staff first. Randy gets named for greeting folks in the parking lot, and the crew is described as courteous and knowledgeable. A 25 year old rig got brakes, an oil change and new shocks and was back on the road fast, with a few other concerns pointed out along the way. Service includes A/C, batteries, electrical, steering and suspension, body and trim, and engine diagnostics. The reviews are mixed. Some say repairs did not hold, like an A/C fan motor and a hot water heater valve that started leaking again, and one family felt a deal changed after they agreed on a price. It is a dealership too, selling pre-owned motor coaches and RVs, so you may deal with sales as well as service.
