One owner praised how they handled an awning replacement, from insurance to installation. Others note timely scheduling and clear instructions. The shop has a 4.5-star rating from 59 Google reviews. What renters mention
“We bought our Jayco at the Hershey RV show and Fretz was not there that year so we did not buy from them. I wish we had as they are the closest dealer to us. I've had our trailer repaired here on two separate occasions.” – Steven F., a year ago, on Google
“I just wanted to shout out how wonderful Jamie and the rest of the Fretz RV service team are! My husband and I knew we were taking a risk buying a trailer built during the pandemic so we were aware we may need work.” – Ruth O., 4 years ago, on Google
“Had a mishap with our awning on our new Pleasure-Way RV. Jamie, Doug and Brian were instrumental in getting the damaged awning removed from our vehicle, dealing with our insurance co., and the replacement awning ordered from Italy, painted…” – Mark M., 2 years ago, on Google
