About Fretz RV
Fretz RV in Souderton is a family owned and veteran-owned dealership that sells new and used RVs, from pop-up campers to Class C motorhomes, and runs a service department that handles roof and AC work. Reviewers frequently mention the Jayco travel trailers and the informative staff who answer questions without pressure. The sales team gets consistent praise for being low-key. One reviewer said they were "helpful without being pushy" at the open house. Others call out staff members by name for walking them through their new unit and explaining how everything works. The service department handles warranty repairs and installations; one customer noted a hitch install where the technician walked them through proper operation before they left. If you're shopping for a camper, Fretz carries brands like Jayco, Winnebago, and Coachmen. The parts and warranty support are on site. For repairs, call ahead to schedule service.
