About Indian Valley Camping Center
Indian Valley Camping Center is a family owned and operated dealership in Souderton, and that runs through a lot of the reviews. Salespeople get named and thanked for being patient, upfront and not pushy, with several buyers saying the whole process felt easy. One person called it shopping with family. Another said they'd sworn off dealers until they worked with Andy and glad they did. The parts counter comes up often, and the service department gets credit too. One reviewer pulled in with trailer light trouble before a trip and had it fixed in under ten minutes, paying only for materials. Staff are described as polite and quick to respond by email and phone. It's not all smooth. A first-time camper buyer says a generator, new battery and a fold-down table were listed but missing, and still hadn't arrived months later. Worth asking about specifics on the unit you're eyeing. They also sell travel trailers and fifth wheels, and handle warranty work.
