About Veterans Mobile RV Service LLC 2.0
Veterans Mobile RV Service is a veteran-owned mobile repair outfit based in Graniteville and serving the Augusta area. The tech is certified through the RV Technical Institute, and the shop handles electrical, plumbing, appliances, AC, awnings, and body and trim work. They also know their way around warranty claims and insurance paperwork. Chassis and engines are not their thing. Reviews mention Darrell by name for his diagnostic skills and patience explaining what went wrong. One RVer had a serious electrical issue on the road and got squeezed in the same day. Others praise Vincent for thorough system checks. Scheduling with Crystal gets called out as a bright spot, and several folks say the place beats the big retail service departments for communication and speed. It is a mixed bag, though. Some reviewers had a tougher time with follow-up after a repair, and the 3.9 rating reflects that. If you need warranty work or a mobile tech who can diagnose a problem properly, this is a solid local option.
