About Bama RV
Bama RV is a full-service dealership in Dothan handling sales, service work, collision repair, parts and accessories. It has been around more than 20 years and sells towable campers and motorhomes. The lot carries a large selection, and trades and consignments are part of how they do business. They also do body work and keep a parts and camping store on site. The reviews lean heavily on the sales side, and the word that keeps coming up is pressure, or rather the lack of it. Buyers say reps listened to what they wanted instead of steering them toward something bigger or pricier. Several reviewers name Leigh, Travis and Russ for being patient and knowledgeable, and one mentions lessons on backing up a camper. A family referral brought one buyer from over two hours away for a used fifth wheel. When a used camper came with a few issues, a reviewer said the shop got on top of it and made it right. That is about the shape of it. If something is broken mid-trip, call ahead and see what they can fit in.
