About Camping World - Dothan
Camping World off US-231 in Dothan is a big RV dealer for southeast Alabama and the Tri-State area. They sell new and pre-owned travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes, with financing and trade-in options. The parts and accessories showroom is fully stocked. The service team is certified to work on all RV types, from minor fixes to major structural repairs. Reviewers mention roof and awning work, slide out repair, and warranty work. With 1,435 Google reviews and a 4.2 rating, the feedback is mixed. Many praise specific employees for being helpful and polite, especially during camper pickup, and some drove hundreds of miles for a fifth wheel. Others had rough experiences, like a trade-in offer that never came or a service department that struggled to diagnose a problem. On-site there's propane, a dump station, RV Spa detailing, and overnight parking. If you're stuck mid-trip, call ahead to see what they can fit in.
