About RV Connections Dothan
RV Connections Dothan is a dealership and service center in Dothan, Alabama, that also handles repairs. Reviewers often mention warranty work, and the parts department gets frequent shout-outs. Some people have had good luck with awning repairs and annual inspections. The waiting area is described as comfortable, and a few reviewers appreciated getting progress updates on their rigs. If you're mid-trip with something broken, they work on AC units, generators, and chassis issues. The parts department can order what they don't have on hand. Weekend hours are available, which helps when things go wrong on a Saturday. One reviewer had a generator and step problem diagnosed on the spot without an appointment, and another got help configuring an extension cord for a food truck. The sales side sells new and used motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. Some reviewers mention a lifetime warranty and a low-pressure negotiation process. Others have complained about pricing confusion and consignment fees. Ratings sit at 4.4 stars across 430 reviews.
